Order Processing

• Please allow 1-2 Business Days for us to handle and prepare your order.
• Orders requiring one or two day shipping must be received by 1:00 pm eastern.
• Please provide a mobile number when ordering to enable us to send you text messages regarding any shipping or inventory issues that might exist. 

Domestic

• Domestic shipping is available via UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select. 
• As of 4/22/2021 we have stopped shipping via USPS due to delivery reliability issues.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on weight.

International

• International shipping is available via DHL and UPS. 
• Shipping rates are calculated based on weight.
